Sam Regan and his team from Intelligent Design renovated two bathrooms for my husband and I in our tall, skinny, full-of-stairs townhouse condo. Sam was very pleasant and professional, very easy to communicate with and easy to work with. He was responsive to ideas and questions. Sam gave us a proper quote with clear terms. Sam kept to his quoted timeline, even when he ran into a problem (not his fault) and had to take a couple of days to address it. The quality of Sam's work is very high, the finishing touches very well done. We would not hesitate to ask Sam to do another project for us.

Sam is a very good listener, has meticulous attention to detail and is also very considerate of the clients needs throughout the project. He addresses issues promptly and professionally as they arise. He has creatives ideas. He works collaboratively with the client and is very pleasant to deal with.

We had a great experience working with Intelligent Design! From inception to completion, Sam and his team took the time to thoughtfully prepare a game plan and timelines before starting the demolition. We were able to deal with the surprises that come with a century home quickly and efficiently and stay on time. We love the results and will be using Sam for our future renos!

Intelligent Design renovated our basement in Dec 2020. The experience was totally smooth - work started on time, work finished on schedule, and the original budget was met. Sam is professional and easy to work with and makes great suggestions. The workmanship is as good as any contractor I've ever dealt with. Not the cheapest contractor in town, but you definitely get what you pay for.
