My name is Sam Regan. Over my 19 years in the renovation industry, I’ve noticed that people always struggle with design and uncertainty while renovating. I know my clients loved what we brought to the table but figured there had to be more we could do to complete the picture. That’s why I started the Intelligent Design Group. Now our clients not only get a beautiful renovation, but they enjoy the process even more, as they have the choice to be fully involved or not at all.
We are helping to create spaces that reflect you and your lifestyle. By taking care of the whole process from the very beginning of planning until the project is finished and you are ready to move in.

What is Intelligent Design?
An Intelligent Design is where all the details are pre-planned for maximum effectiveness and aesthetic appeal. Intelligent Design is the foundation for a truly well-designed space. With the proper foundation, everything else is easier as a result. Just like the stronger, the foundation is at the beginning the taller the building can become. It’s about thinking of all the details, products and options you have before moving forward so that you are not spending money to do things twice or compromising, feeling like you would do it differently next time. Intelligent Design takes into consideration interior design as well as interior decorating but focuses on functionality.

Create a Plan

Discuss your needs, wish list, budget, and overall vision with an Intelligent Design Pro.

Create a Design
(space planning)
Meet with your designer. We measure the space and create a couple of design options. Once the design is complete, we move on to elevations and 3D drawings if required.

Refine the Scope, Budget & Timeline
Once a design has been chosen the scope will be refined and quoted. Allowances are set according to budget and timeline scheduled

Selection Process
Your Intelligent Design Pro will assist you with your product selections, shopping and samples, making this a breeze.

Renovation
We set up a containment to protect areas unaffected by the renovation from dust and debris. We manage all the planning and design of your project, so you don’t have to.

Client After Care Program
Each project has a 2-year piece-of-mind guarantee. We come back for a walkthrough 18 months after project completion and service your home if needed. While you are still under your 2-year warranty.
