Junior Designer Position
- Assist clients with floor plans, colour consultations, material, and furniture selections.
- Drawings of floor plans, 2D’s and 3D’s
- Meeting with suppliers and vendors.
- Working with clients in their home.
Senior Designer Position
- Assist clients with floor plans, colour consultations, material, and furniture selections.
- Drawings of floor plans, 2D’s and 3D’s
- Meeting with suppliers and vendors.
- Working with clients in their home.
- Managing ongoing projects.
- Selling designs and renovations to clients.
- Managing and assisting Junior Designers.
Project Manager Position
- Ensuring trades are starting on time.
- Ensuring that jobs are staying on task.
- Ensuring materials are brought to site.
- Participate with meetings with clients.
- Conduct meetings on site with trades and staff.
- Ability to multitask multiple projects in various stages of development.
Site Personnel Position
- Maintaining the cleanliness of the site.
- Working with other subtrades.
- Set up containment and ensure containment stays secure throughout project.
- Able to complete basic renovation construction such as drywall tape and patch.
- Understand instructions to be able to carry out tasks.
